CTCI– Ivory Coast
CTCI is located in a predominantly agricultural area and surrounded by several village plantations. The small holders are organized in cooperatives in order to benefit from technical assistance and to get a better price for their products. CTCI signed specific agreements with these local cooperatives in order to guarantee the supply of raw material. In addition, these cooperatives also have an interest in the capital of CTCI in order to better enhance their production and ensure the permanent supply of raw materials to the plant.
The factory is located only 80km away from the port of Abidjan. This situation is ideal to export its products around the world in the best possible conditions.
The factory manager has a degree in mechanical engineering and a 30 years experience including 15 year in the rubber industry. He has set up a preventive and curative maintenance program with the help of a very experienced maintenance staff around him.
The laboratory manager has a degree in chemistry and a 15 years experience as a quality specialist for major Ivorian rubber producers.
